Dear visitor(s),

De Neckstreet (Rue de Neckstraat) is currently under construction in order to improve the pavement and the safety of pedestrians. Consequently, part of the street is not accessible for car traffic and finding a spot to park might be difficult.

You can park your car at the nearby Parking Simonis (Eugène Simonis Square 24, 1081 Koekelberg) or in one of the surrounding streets.

We wish you a happy new year on behalf of the whole team of Belgian Chocolate Village and are looking forward to welcoming you at the museum.

The Pictures Exhibition #IAmHuman to discover between the 6th and the 19th of December 2019

FROM CHOCOLATE TO HUMAN RIGHTS, A SIMPLE MIXTURE

The local group of Amnesty International, in collaboration with the municipality of Koekelberg and the Belgian Chocolate Village, is presenting the photo exhibition #IAmHuman of the Huma collective, a Belgian collective of humanistic photographers.

Huma has entered into a partnership with Amnesty International to document the resilience of these men, women and children who are forced to flee violence and persecution and seek protection elsewhere.

The photographers came to meet them "there" in Lebanon, Jordan but also here in Belgium and France. Their goal is to bring a different perspective to these people and to emphasize their human rights, including the right to be protected.

The exhibition will be available from Friday 6 December to Thursday 19 December open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. except Monday.

Rate for the photo exhibition only: FREE !!!
